Steps to register
1. Click the Graduation Registration icon below
2. Enter Student ID & Student Email (from invitation email)
3. Upload graduate headshot for slide (see requirements below)
4. Headshot photo of graduate only for graduate slide
5. View FAQs for tips on creating your slide
6.Visit Graduation Center for ceremony details

Graduate Slide Photo Requirements:
1. Headshot: Graduate only — no other people or animals
2. Attire: Business professional or regalia (no hats or sunglasses; graduation caps allowed)
3. Uniformed personnel: Follow local agency/unit guidelines for attire & insignia
4. Photo Requirements: Original photo only (no screenshots); suitable for an academic audience
5. Background: Light-colored and uncluttered (not in a car)
6.Not Permitted: Logos, text, filters, or graphics — non-compliant photos will be cropped or removed
7. File format: JPG/PNG (min. 750 x 850 px)
