1. Tips for taking a good headshot photo:

• Use Natural Lighting
• Keep the Background Simple
• Dress How You Would When Meeting a New Client (or dress in a cap and gown)
• Opt for Basic Hair and Makeup

2. No Instagram filters, added text or graphics on the photo/video: 

• Individual headshot photo of graduate only (selfies are acceptable)
• High-resolution digital photo (jpg) in portrait mode (vertical)
• Name brand or team logos cannot be shown due to trademark restrictions
• Do not crop original photo as cropping affects the resolution
• Photo must be in good taste and appropriate for an academic audience
• You must not use Watermarked Images

3. Graduate Slides:

• Upload headshot photo of graduate only
• Will appear on the ceremony broadcast while your name is announced
• Will include your name (military branch if applicable), photo, degree and hometown

4. How to edit your slide:

Go to purdueglobal.gradpak.com and Enter your Student ID and Student Email Address

• A message will be displayed that you have already placed an order and if you want to resubmit a Slide, select 'Click Here'
• The system will allow you the make the necessary changes to your slide, including change the image or details that will appear on the slide. 
• Once you have completed the form and uploaded an image, you can submit the slide which will be updated in the system
